In life, everything rarely fits right away - so why not lend a hand and make it fit yourself?
With our Do-It-Yourself customization service you can have defective or unsuitable goods adjusted or repaired at a tailor of your choice.
We will reimburse you up to 20 euros of the costs per item.
Step 1
Customization or repair of your item
If your purchased item does not exactly match your measurements or has a defect, we offer you the option of having it adjusted or repaired by a tailor of your choice.

Wait for approval
Please check your email and wait for our approval before proceeding to the next step. The response takes place on working days and can take up to 24 hours.
Step 4
Coverage of costs up to 20 euros
After the current condition of the item has been documented and approved by us via email, up to 20 euros can be covered for tailoring or repair costs. To do this, proceed as follows:
1.Have the item adjusted or repaired according to your wishes at a tailor shop
2. Keep the payment receipt from the tailor shop. The receipt must indicate the adjustment/repair for the relevant item.

Step 5
Submission of proof of payment
You submit the tailor's payment receipt to us by replying to the email we sent you in step 3 and attaching the receipt. We will refund you the costs up to an amount of 20 euros within 10 working days.
Note: Refunds will only be made for changes or repairs carried out up to an amount of 20 euros. If the costs exceed this amount, you will cover the difference yourself.
